John has an unusual ability to identify the key areas of focus that will bring about success in any project and, through his I.T. and Business Management experience is able to design implementable solutions incorporating a holistic change management approach. He is predominantly focused on process re-alignment and the translation of that into the AA RPA technology platform. He holds certifications with Automation Anywhere for Architecture, Business and Technical Analyst disciplines.
