Role of a Cyber-Process Manager Generally to assist their Human counterparts to ensure : • the steps of a process (SOP) are followed, • that any delays are immediately reported to their Human counterpart for corrective action, • that any processes that are scheduled to start at a particular time or date are automatically started and presented to their Human counterpart for actioning, • any incoming email addressed to the Process Cyber-Manager is acknowledged and the Smart CyberDoc© attachment is harvested and used to automatically kick off the appropriate process, • the required documentation is filled in correctly and attached at each step, • that information is harvested from a Smart CyberDoc© where instructed and deposited into the CyberDataStore©, • access is provided to this information, and the business process transaction that delivered it, at any time in the future, • all attached documentation is automatically stamped with a discovery key and safely deposited into a the CyberDataStore© for retrieval when needed, • at any step in the process, any task that can be performed by a non-human is delegated and carried out by a Cyber-employee, • instructions are followed for any Smart CyberDocs that need to be partially or completely populated with information already captured, or provided by a Cyber-employee task • performance and analytics are gathered for management review and BPR.
